Ensign 3: Flower Class Corvettes

This was the first serious volume on the Flowers, and it holds up well. Although covering mainly the RN Flowers, it also has some photos of RCN Flowers and has a centrespread of HMCS Snowberry - which led to the Matchbox kit of same. Besides Snowberry, four other Flowers are shown in coloured side views. There are also plans for the short focsle Begonia, Minesweeper Buttercup as well as different bridge configurations. The true value in this book is in its photographs – the cover shot of Jonquil is great.
